Refund and Returns Policy

At Supreme Clothing Fashion, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Final sale items, accessories, and custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error may be subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Exchanges

  • Process: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@supremeclothing.org with your order number and details of the defect or damage.

5. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. International Returns

  • Duties and Taxes: International returns must be shipped with duties and taxes prepaid. Returns with unpaid duties will be refused and returned to the sender.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not refund original shipping costs for international returns.
